The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is introducing a secure new portal for online applications or renewals, payments and requests.

All corporate insurance adjusting firms can use the Online Services Portal (OSP) to:

• Apply for an adjuster licence on behalf of an individual adjuster that you sponsor. FSRA will be able to process applications and issue licences faster using the portal.
• Pay the application fee online.
• Request a Certificate of Authority, Letter of History or Reciprocity Letter using the request form.
