The Insurance Council of Manitoba announced an expedited licensing protocol is in place for out of Province Adjusters coming to the Province to assist with the claims resulting from the devastating storm that ripped through much of southern Manitoba last week.
Step 1: Submit the Adjuster Licensing Application
Applicants must first complete and submit their adjuster licensing application through the Insurance Council of Manitoba’s licensing portal:

Step 2: Request Expedited Processing
Once application has been submitted, please e-mail the contact below with the subject line ADJUSTER APPLICATION, and include the names of the applicants for whom you are requesting expedited processing.

Please note:
- The Insurance Council of Manitoba will prioritize the processing of these applications; however, due to the high volume of submissions, processing may take approximately 1-3 business days.
- Any applicants approved under this process will be required to complete their license renewal by June 30, 2026.
