Congratulations Brian Ward and Russ Fitzgerald of Kernaghan Adjusters for achieving the CLA Designation

Russ Fitzgerald, Doreen Lennon and Brian Ward - CLAThe Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (CIAA) is proud to offer its membership challenging credentialing programs, defining competency, knowledge, skills and experience distinct from the already demanding requirements mandatory in attaining a full independent adjusters’ license.

The Fellow Chartered Loss Adjuster (FCLA), Chartered Loss Adjuster (CLA), Fellow of the Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (FCIAA), are much more than just initials after a name.  They are the only credentials exclusively distinguishing outstanding ability and qualifications in the very complex and technical field of independent loss adjusting.

CIAA Wester Region President, Doreen Lennon, was honoured to present two respected members with their Chartered Loss Adjuster (CLA) accreditation.

In an evolving claims industry, highly qualified independent loss adjusters are essential.  Having met stringent experience and competency requirements, Brian Ward and Russ Fitzgerald, both of Kernaghan Adjusters, Edmonton, Alberta, successfully completed a further 60 hours of comprehensive claim specific training including technical property; adjuster skill and knowledge courses as well as legal concept courses in contract law and tort law.
